Job summary

Interfill Group Limited seeks an Assistant Manager for Asset & Liability Management (ALM) to shape the bank's funding strategy in a dynamic market. You will analyze risks, monitor FX and rates, and help optimize the asset-liability structure through ALCO-ready reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in FTP/ALM in banking, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• University degree in Risk Management or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of working experience in FTP or Asset & Liability fields in banks.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of asset and liability strategies and define performance targets.
• Coordinate with various departments to implement ALM strategies.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, focusing on FX and interest rate fluctuations.
• Draft ALM reports and ALCO presentations to refine funding structure.
• Assist in asset-liability pricing reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
