Job summary

ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Systems Product Advisor for the Allegro ETRM platform within the Gas & Power Trading team. You will partner with Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance, Settlements, and IT to ensure effective support and strategic enhancements across the Americas.

You will act as a SME on Allegro, handle deal entry, reporting, and lifecycle activities, mentor staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring governance and data quality across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, business, finance, economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 2–10 years of experience supporting or implementing Allegro ETRM, preferably in gas or power trading.
• Strong understanding of physical and financial trade lifecycle across front, middle, back offices.
• Functional knowledge of Allegro configuration, trade capture, workflows, reporting, data management, production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system, process and data needs.
• Strong issue analysis and ownership to drive resolution.
• Experience testing, UAT, system upgrades and enhancement delivery.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Allegro ETRM questions for Americas Gas & Power users.
• Provide SME guidance across deal entry, reporting, exposures, P&L, logistics and settlements.
• Collaborate with Trading and IT to scope, impact assess, and deliver Allegro enhancements.
• Advise on system projects, process improvements, and major enhancements across Americas.
• Support master data governance within Allegro and related systems.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize processes.
• Support testing for upgrades, releases, and new functionality.
• Diagnose production issues and communicate business impact clearly.
• Support controls, documentation, and governance for changes.
• Mentor teammates with Allegro expertise and best practices.
