Job summary

UPS in Hong Kong is seeking a permanent warehouse associate to manage daily operations, including receiving and releasing ULDs, cargo loading, unloading and pallet netting. You will support flight crew administration and coordinate catering, transportation and accommodations as needed.

Additionally, you will handle customs/CIQ coordination for crews traveling between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, perform ramp duties, and ensure manifest accuracy and security compliance in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Daily warehouse operations including receiving and releasing of ULDs, cargo loading, unloading and reloading and pallet netting.
• Support flight crew administration including catering, transportation and accommodation arrangements.
• Customs / CIQ / Immigration coordination for flight crews’ entry to or exit from China as they travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen via UPS flights, commercial flights or ground transportation.
• Ramp operation duties include aircraft loading and unloading, aircraft fueling and lavatory service arrangements, flight crew transportation and on-site communication with flight crew.
• Load manifest accuracy check to ensure ULDs are loaded to aircrafts according to plan.
• Daily cargo backlog physical check in warehouse.
• Strict compliance to UPS Airline Security procedures.
