Retell is seeking a Deployments Consultant to work with customers, turning AI use cases into production-ready voice agents. You will sit at the intersection of technology, consulting, and execution, helping define the right solution and get it working in the real world.

Qualifications

Directly work with customers to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Strong English and Mandarin communication, both written and verbal.
Hands-on ability to build, test, and deploy AI-based voice agents and workflows.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and production systems.
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

Lead customer deployments from discovery to production launch.
Translate customer requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
Help customers integrate Retell with their existing systems, APIs, and business processes.
Troubleshoot and manage deployments, risks, and project progress.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering during engagements.
