Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.
• Comfort working with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to identify key problems and drive value.
• Lead enterprise discovery to map workflows and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and pilot plans.
• Translate customer needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers.
• Support production launches and ensure adoption.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on usage.
• Identify expansion opportunities with customers.
