Retell AI in Redwood City, CA is hiring a Deployments Consultant to help customers turn AI use cases into production-ready voice agents. You will sit at the intersection of technology, consulting, and execution, guiding deployments from discovery through launch.

You’ll work closely with customer operators and cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define solutions, test them, and ensure real value is delivered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to work directly with customers.
• Experience translating customer needs into practical AI solutions.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery to production.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Translate requirements into practical AI workflows and plans.
