Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking an AI Trainer to accelerate AI adoption in-house. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify operational roadblocks and design AI interventions, such as automated document handling and intelligent analytics.

You will test new AI tools across writing, images, video, and data to find the best fit for our business needs. You will also host engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help colleagues become proficient with AI, track adoption

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience working with AI tools, creating digital content, or providing tech support and training.
Ability to design and deliver training sessions to non-technical audiences.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Consult with internal business units to identify operational roadblocks and architect AI interventions.
Test and evaluate AI tools to determine best fit for business needs.
Host training sessions, workshops, and webinars to promote AI adoption.
Provide hands-on technical support and assist teams with AI-related questions.
