Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a commercially minded and technology-savvy Legal Counsel to join a fast-growing AI and technology platform. The role provides day-to-day legal advice on commercial, operational and strategic initiatives in a dynamic tech environment.

You will advise on AI, data usage, cybersecurity and IP issues, work with product/engineering/security teams, and help shape legal strategy to support business growth in Hong Kong.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in tech or AI related legal issues advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial, operational and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data usage, intellectual property, cybersecurity and digital products.
• Partner with product, engineering, security and compliance teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Capture client feedback and market insights to improve customer engagement and business strategies.
