Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking an AI System Architect / System Analyst to lead architectural design for fintech solutions and AI-enabled banking applications.

You will explore AI trends, integrate AI into enterprise banking systems, and drive high-quality deliverables across major core projects, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Familiar with cutting-edge FinTech and AI technologies, incl. AI models and LLMs
• University degree in CS or related discipline
• 5-7 years of hands-on system design and development in banking or related industries, with 3+ large core projects as Architect/Analyst
• Experience in banking industry is a plus
• Experience in JAVA and frameworks (Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot)
• Proficient in web-based/API development (REST, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JS, Vue/Bootstrap/AngularJS)
• Strong database skills: Oracle/MySQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures
• Understanding of architecture design theory and system operations
• IT/Internet architecture experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience may be Senior Analyst Programmer

AI System Architect / System Analyst（Financial Technology）

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the application architectural designin the Bank

• Provide insights on AI new technology trends in financial and internet industries and carry out implementation in the Bank

• Perform software development and testing, system design, system analysis and problem solving

• Implement new technologies and develop technical products in some major projects

• Define and enforce best practices, develop and maintain framework/standards to improve the quality of the deliverables.

• Train and provide guidance to junior staff

Requirements

• Familiar with the cutting-edge FinTech and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including experience with deep learning models, large language models (LLMs), and their applications in financial systems. Experience in integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and understanding their impact on system architecture and performance is an advantage.

• University graduate in computer science or related discipline

• 5-7years of hands-on system design and development experience in banking or related industries with implementation experience in at least 3 medium and large scale core projects as System Architect / System Analyst

• Experience in banking industry will be an advantage

• Experience in JAVA and knowledge in framework (e.g. Java EE,Spring,Spring boot)

• Solid hands-on experience in web-based / API-based / development with web (Restful API, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, VUE,Bootstrap, Angularjs)

• Proficient in Oracle / MySQL database, Windows or Unix / Linux servers, PL/SQL, stored procedure

• In-depth understanding of architecture design theory and system operation mechanism with practical experience

• With IT or Internet architecture experience is preferred

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
