Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking an AI Architecture & Infrastructure Engineer to build a secure, reliable AI infrastructure platform. You will own the full lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment to support the bank's growing AI needs.

You will collaborate with business units to identify AI use cases, define value, and implement technical solutions, while enforcing AI standards and strengthening guardrails with security/compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of AI-related experience.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Certifications in machine learning or AI-related technologies are preferred.

Job description

Build a secure, reliable, and efficient AI infrastructure platform. Own the full lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment, supporting the bank's growing demand for AI applications.

Collaborate with business departments to explore AI application scenarios, accurately extract business value and technical solutions, and leverage MVP approaches to enable rapid implementation and efficient iteration.

Develop and enforce AI-related technical standards, guiding the bank's AI application policies and process workflows.

Collaborate with security compliance, audit, and other teams to continuously strengthen LLM guardrails, and assist in leveraging AI to improve relevant compliance and audit processes.

Track and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance AI infrastructure capabilities and business value.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of AI-related experience.

Proven track record of successfully implementing AI applications in enterprise environments.

Possesses strong analytical skills and communication skills

Strong sense of teamwork

Certifications in machine learning or AI-related technologies are preferred
