Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an AI Solution Associate/Officer to drive AI adoption and practical use across departments. You will research and evaluate AI tools, design solutions, and deliver training materials, webinars and on-site coaching.

The role requires a proactive, team-oriented professional with IT and media/communication background, fluent in English and Chinese. Occasional travel to PRC may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines.
• Degree combining IT with Media/Communication is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with AI tools, content creation, training or technical support.
• Strong passion and quick learning of new AI tools.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for webinars/workshops.
• Basic video production skills for training videos.
• Strong communication to translate technical content into clear guides.
• Proactive, independent and a team player.
• Willing to support AI initiatives for PRC operations.
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Occasional travel to PRC.

AI SOLUTION ASSOCIATE / AI SOLUTION OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Research, test and evaluate the latest AI tools across text, image, video, audio, 3D rendering and data analytics; assess their functionality, performance, cost and enterprise applicability

Collaborate with departments to identify AI use cases and design practical solutions (e.g. email triage, document proofreading, tender document analysis, media monitoring and meeting minutes)

Plan and host AI webinars, workshops and internal sharing sessions to promote AI adoption company-wide

Produce AI training videos, operation guides and best-practice materials

Provide on-site AI support to departments, answering queries and coaching colleagues on hands-on usage

Assist in building department-specific AI knowledge bases and AI agents

Manage internal AI information channels and regularly share the latest AI news & case studies

Track AI adoption progress across departments and report on outcomes & benefits

Support AI workflow automation by using n8n, assist departments to automate repetitive tasks and build AI agents

Provide AI support to PRC operations

Requirements:

Degree holder in IT or related disciplines

Candidates with a degree combining IT with Media / Communication (e.g. Creative / Digital Media, Multimedia, Information Systems, Digital Communication or Media Technology) is preferred

Minimum 2 years’ working experience with exposure in AI tools, content creation, training or technical support is preferred

Strong passion and self-learning ability in AI tools; able to quickly master and deeply research new tools

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to deliver technical content clearly and engagingly in webinars and workshops

Basic video production skills (e.g. scripting and simple editing) to create training videos with AI tools

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content and produce clear technical documents & guides

Proactive, independent and a good team player

Willing to support AI initiatives for PRC operations

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Occasional travel to PRC will be required

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of AI Solution Associate
