Job summary

Occasions Asia Pacific 天機亞太集團 in Hong Kong is seeking a creative AI Prompter to design, test, refine, and maintain prompts that power our AI-driven tools. You will translate business needs into precise prompts for high-quality outputs from large language models.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, design, and engineering, develop reusable templates, test variations, document results, and stay current with AI prompting best practices to ensure on-brand, safe, and effective prompts

Qualifications

• Experience designing and iterating prompts for LLMs (ChatGPT/GPT, Claude, Gemini) with systematic testing.
• Strong written communication and a sharp sense of language, tone, and structure.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail to evaluate and improve outputs.
• Ability to translate vague requests into clear prompts for non-technical stakeholders.

The Role

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented AI Prompter (Prompt Engineer) to design, test, refine, and maintain high-quality prompts that power our AI-driven tools and features. You’ll turn business needs into precise, effective prompts that deliver consistent, on-brand, high-quality outputs from large language models and other generative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, iterate, and optimize prompts for a range of use cases (e.g., personalized product descriptions, event/gift recommendations, customer messaging, content generation, internal tooling).
• Develop reusable prompt templates, libraries, and frameworks that scale across teams.
• Systematically test prompt variations, evaluate outputs against quality criteria (accuracy, tone, brand voice, creativity, safety), and document results.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective prompting strategies.
• Stay current with advances in prompting techniques, model capabilities, and best practices; recommend improvements as models evolve.
• Help establish guidelines and processes for responsible, consistent AI use across the company.
• Monitor performance of production prompts and refine them based on real usage and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Proven experience designing and iterating prompts for LLMs (ChatGPT/GPT models, Claude, Gemini, or similar) — systematic testing and refinement, not just casual use.
• Strong written communication skills and a sharp sense of language, tone, and structure.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to evaluate and improve output quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders and translate vague requests into clear, effective prompts.
• Curiosity about generative AI and a proactive approach to learning new techniques and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, events, gifting, marketing, or content-heavy businesses.
• Familiarity with prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks, or basic tooling (e.g., notebooks, simple scripts, or prompt management platforms).
• Understanding of brand voice, personalization, or customer experience use cases.
• Experience with image generation prompts or multimodal AI is a plus.
