Job summary

Hasbro is seeking the first AI expert based in Hong Kong to accelerate creative and product work across Asia. You will build and prototype AI tools, enable regional teams, and connect Hasbro’s global AI mission to Hong Kong operations.

This role blends builder and creator: lead multimodal AI initiatives, design practical guides and training, and partner with global and regional teams while upholding brand integrity and data trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, 3D, Digital Design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in related industry.

• Build and prototype AI powered tools, demos, and workflows for creative and product teams.
• Spot friction in creative work and design faster tools and workflows.
• Help HK and nearby teams adopt AI tools with clear usage guidance.
• Create guides, templates, and training to scale ideas into capability.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams as the Asia AI mission anchor.
• Maintain human judgment, brand integrity, and data trust with fast prototypes and go/stop criteria.

Be the first AI expert based in Hong Kong, defining how AI accelerates creative and product work across Asia. You will build and prototype AI tools, enable regional teams, and connect Hasbro’s global AI mission to our Hong Kong and Asia operations. This role is equal parts builder and creative.

Key Responsibilities
Build and prototype AI powered tools, demos, and workflows that solve real problems for creative and product teams.
Spot friction in creative and product work and design solutions that speed up tools, workflows, and output.
Help Hong Kong and nearby teams adopt new AI tools, with clear guidance on when and how to use them.
Create guides, templates, and training that turn one good idea into shared capability.
Advance multimodal capability across image, video, voice, music, and audio.
Partner with global and regional teams across time zones, acting as the local anchor for the AI mission in Asia.
Keep human judgment, brand integrity, and data trust at the centre, with fast prototypes and clear go or stop criteria.

Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, 3D, Digital Design or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in related industry

Key Skills
Equal parts technical and creative: you build, automate, and prototype, with genuine design sense for play, story, and experience.
Early, hands on AI adopter who applies it with judgment and purpose, not for its own sake.
Proven record taking AI from personal use to shared impact in at least two of: processes, tools, training.
Varied background and a track record of experimentation across tools, formats, and fields, comfortable with ambiguity.
Focused on improving the output of others, not only your own tasks.

Helpful Plus
Strong professional English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a significant plus for working with Hong Kong teams and regional partners.
Familiarity with how products are designed, developed, and sourced across the region.
