NCS Group in Hong Kong is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives, including Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions. You will manage plans, timelines, risks, and delivery from PoC to production.

You will coordinate business stakeholders with technical teams, drive governance, and ensure alignment of business objectives with technical implementation. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in technology, AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project scope, timeline, risks, and resources effectively.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is required.

Role Overview

• We are looking for an AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise AI projects, including Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions. This role will manage project plans, stakeholders, timelines, risks, and delivery from PoC to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
• Support delivery of GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions from PoC to production
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
• Maintain project documentation and governance materials

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven project management experience in technology, AI, data, or digital transformation projects
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI concepts
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage project scope, timeline, risks, and resources effectively
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI/ML or GenAI projects
• Understanding of RAG, including ontology- or knowledge graph-based approaches, is an advantage
• Experience with hybrid or on-premises delivery environments
• Experience in government or public sector projects
• Hong Kong Government AI project experience is an advantage
