Job summary

HKEX seeks an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead AI and Listing IT workflow projects. You will work with Listing business teams, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver practical, governance-driven technology solutions including workflow platforms, case management, document repositories, dashboards, and AI-enabled use cases.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, defining scope and roadmaps, cross-functional coordination, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined project management and business analysis experience.
• Experience in financial institutions, regulatory environments or exchange operations is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale technology implementations and workflow projects.
• Experience in listing/regulatory systems, case management or document management is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, data migration, interfaces and testing.
• Fluent in English and Chinese is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives and Listing IT workflow/process projects.
• Manage projects covering scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Define scope, success measures, roadmap, implementation plan and post-implementation support.
• Analyze listings workflows, data flows and system needs to identify improvements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, specs and data/interface requirements.
• Support workflow re-engineering, data migration, integration analysis and business case prep.
• Facilitate workshops, SIT/UAT, testing and adoption tracking.
• Prepare user guides and training materials to support implementation.
