Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited is supporting a global technology leader in Hong Kong to recruit a Solution Manager for Global Tech (HPC & AI Infrastructure). You will own the full lifecycle product strategy for AI compute, GPUs, servers, and networking, aligning with AI and hybrid cloud directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Information Systems Management, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure design/architecture, with exposure to HPC and AI computing center design or deployment.
• Strong command of high-performance computing, distributed systems, cloud computing, and AI/ML software frameworks.
• Familiarity with CPU/GPU/AI accelerators, HPC environments, and distributed computing platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, customer-facing skills, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle product strategy and execution for the AI compute portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and build AI computing infrastructure and HPC platforms.
• Translate customer needs into engineering designs to improve runtime performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor emerging AI and HPC developments and apply them to solution architecture.
• Support engineering and delivery teams during implementation to ensure smooth rollout and reliable operation.
• Create technical assets such as internal documentation, publications, and patentable innovations.
• Coach and guide less-experienced team members through training and knowledge sharing.
