Mass Transit Railway is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence to accelerate and scale responsible AI adoption across the corporation. The Assistant Manager - AI Governance will assess AI/data use cases, conduct governance reviews, and support risk-based decisions, advising on privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and experience in large enterprise environments coordinating with business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS / IS / Data Science / Engineering / cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, AI governance, technology risk management, or data governance.
• Professional certification in AI governance, information security, privacy, risk management preferred.
• Experience in large enterprise environments and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory considerations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Assess AI and data use cases, conduct governance reviews, and support risk-based decisions for responsible AI adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on AI governance, Responsible AI, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks, controls, standards, processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor, assess, and mitigate AI, technology, data, privacy, and compliance risks; recommend practical measures.
• Prepare governance dashboards and management reports using AI and analytics tools to enhance governance effectiveness.
