Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager to lead AI-driven initiatives in our front-office trading environment. You will partner with traders, technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver tangible AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on capital markets workflows, data-led delivery, and governance. Fluent English and Mandarin help you navigate diverse teams across desks and regions; prior AI exposure is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, technology delivery or change management.
• Interest in AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML or analytics.
• Experience in investment banking, capital markets, brokerage, electronic trading or execution services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives across Execution Services.
• Partner with traders, sales traders, operations and technology teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications and vendor coordination.
• Drive AI proof-of-concepts through to production deployment with governance and controls.
