Job summary

Richemont, a leader in luxury goods, seeks an AI Engineer to design, build and productionize Generative and Predictive AI solutions across our digital platforms in Hong Kong. You will guide experiments to scalable applications, balancing performance, cost, and reliability.

You will apply agile and design-thinking methods, manage AI lifecycles from prototype to production, collaborate with data, product, and tech stakeholders, and continuously evaluate models for business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or data science.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, with production focus.
• Experience with agile delivery and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering lifecycle from experimentation to production.
• Design, deploy and monitor Generative and Predictive AI solutions.
• Manage change, release and incident processes for AI apps.
• Collaborate with data, product and tech stakeholders across projects.
• Evaluate model quality, safety, latency and cost in production.
