Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd is seeking an Associate for the AI-Assists Quality Assurance team on a 12‑month contract in Hong Kong. The role collaborates with QA, BA, IT and project teams to translate requirements into AI-based testing assets and to build, document, and train teams on AI-assisted testing practices.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in a related field and at least 3 years' experience in financial organizations, with hands-on AI tooling, testing, and automation;

Qualifications

• University degree in Risk Management, CS, IS, Eng, Math, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial organizations.
• Hands-on with AI tools for testing, documentation, data analysis, automation, or workflow support.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into agents, prompt libraries, or knowledge assets.
• Build and maintain AI agents, prompt libraries, skill libraries, and knowledge assets for testing.
• Create documentation, usage guides, examples, and training materials for AI-assisted testing.
• Design and improve prompt templates and reusable AI skill structures.
• Define validation procedures for AI-generated test artifacts for accuracy and coverage.
