Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP in Hong Kong seeks a Practice Transformation Manager to lead the operational execution of the firm's AI and legal technology strategy on the practice of law. You will identify opportunities to improve lawyer productivity, matter profitability and client experience, while developing AI-enabled products and services and embedding new ways of working across practice groups.

Collaborate with Partners, Fee Earners, Knowledge Lawyers and technology teams to deliver measurable value

Qualifications

Significant experience leading legal transformation or technology-driven change in a professional services environment.
Strong understanding of AI governance, data protection and regulatory considerations in legal services.
Experience partnering with Partners and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead the firm's practice-facing AI transformation agenda and adoption of approved AI tech.
Turn AI strategy into a prioritised roadmap aligned to business priorities and delivery capacity.
Mobilise AI Champion networks and governance groups with clear objectives and decision routes.
Drive high-value adoption through targeted engagement, use cases, training and reinforcement.
Collaborate with governance, risk, security and product teams to ensure responsible use and value delivery.
Define workstreams, milestones and governance for transformation projects, including risk management.
