Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a KYC/derivatives specialist in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end KYC due diligence for OTC derivatives clients, coordinate ISDA/CSA documentation, and perform precise client information matching.

You will drive RFQ processes, tailor derivative solutions with sales/trading, and apply AI/NLP tools to enhance document verification and data extraction while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on OTC derivatives or structured products operations experience.
• Solid knowledge of derivatives products and local/international market regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end KYC due diligence for new OTC derivatives clients, including suitability assessments, AML checks, adverse media screening, and beneficial ownership identification.
• Coordinate ISDA/CSA documentation negotiation, execution, and assignment per policy and counterparty requirements.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of OTC derivatives and documentations (ISDA, GMRA) and advise on hedging and risk management solutions.
• Drive the RFQ process for derivative transactions from client enquiry to pricing, execution, and confirmation while coordinating with internal teams.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline document verification, data extraction, and client information matching.
