Job summary

Huatai International is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead cross-functional AI initiatives across FICC domains including Fixed Income, FX, Rates and Credit. You will partner with research, sales, trading and technology teams to design, pilot and deploy AI-enabled solutions, establish governance and KPIs, and drive adoption across the organization.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Financial Engineering or related fields.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in AI product management, business transformation, technology consulting, data analytics or enterprise tech solution delivery.
• Good understanding of FICC areas (Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities or Structured Products) with front-/middle-office workflow familiarity.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, digital transformation, workflow automation or data-driven solutions in financial institutions or fintechs.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, orchestration).
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams; proven cross-functional leadership.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with senior-level influence.
• Experience in AI apps supporting research, market intelligence, knowledge management, trading support or productivity gains is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FICC business processes across research, sales, trading, structuring, risk and operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI product solutions.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with technology, data, quantitative and engineering teams to build AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate AI impact and promote adoption.
• Monitor market developments and emerging AI technologies for opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management for AI implementations.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, information security, and regulatory expectations.
