Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end AI initiatives across FICC workflows, including research, trading, and risk management. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related fields.
• 8+ years of AI product management, business transformation, technology consulting, data analytics or enterprise technology delivery.
• Knowledge of FICC areas including Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities or Structured Products.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, digital transformation, or data-driven solutions in financial institutions or fintechs.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, workflow orchestration).
• Strong ability to bridge business and tech, leading cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of FICC processes to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI product solutions.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives through the product lifecycle (idea to production).
• Collaborate with technology, data, quantitative and engineering teams to build AI-enabled solutions (LLMs, RAG, workflow orchestration).
• Establish frameworks and KPIs to evaluate AI effectiveness and promote adoption across functions.
• Monitor market developments in AI and identify opportunities to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management for AI implementations.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, information security and regulatory standards.
