Job summary

Securities and Futures Commission is expanding its AI capabilities by implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation. You will identify AI use cases, design and deploy AI agents, and translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires hands-on AI development experience, proficiency in Python and familiarity with Copilot Studio, Azure, and Power Platform. Strong communication with stakeholders and end-users is essential for adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in application development, system implementation, technical support or project management.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot or related AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages, with exposure to AI development platforms such as Copilot Studio and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data protection, information security or IT governance practices would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Experience in user requirements gathering, UAT coordination, production rollout and post-implementation support.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform or related technologies would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation.
• Assist business divisions in identifying and developing AI use cases to improve productivity and automate business processes.
• Design, develop, test and deploy AI agents and solutions using Copilot Studio and related AI platforms.
• Gather user requirements and translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Conduct system testing, user training, production support and user adoption activities for AI solutions.
• Perform any other duties related to AI implementation, innovation and digital transformation as assigned.
