Job summary

Bybit seeks a data/marketing intern in Hong Kong to help design end-to-end, automated campaign decision pipelines. You will work with SQL/Python, real-time data, and LLM-powered tooling to identify opportunities and optimize spend.

You will collaborate with PM, Growth, and analytics teams, gaining exposure to fintech/crypto marketing and cross-functional project execution on-site. Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in CS/DS/Statistics/Economics.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with real-time/streaming tech stacks (Flink, Kafka) is a plus.
• Data science foundations: A/B design, causal inference, uplift modeling.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development.
• Business acumen in fintech/crypto and growth marketing.
• Strong communication skills and Mandarin fluency.
• Minimum 3-month internship, 5 days on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess the Status Quo — map the campaign lifecycle and identify manual decision points.
• Mine opportunities from user behavior and data signals; build AI agents.
• Develop segmentation and uplift models to target incremental audiences.
• Create cost-benefit models for budget, ROI, and risk analysis.
• Translate outputs into proposals with objectives, audience, budget, KPIs.
• Deliver MVP: data > model > recommendation > campaign config > evaluation.
