Qualifications

• Hold a high diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Programmer/Solution Consultant focusing on AI and data management.
• Strong understanding of mobile apps, web apps, APIs, data management and martech.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and propose modernization solutions across mobile/web/apps, APIs, data management, and martech.
• Collaborate with clients to understand current landscapes, pain points, and objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement modernization solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout modernization projects.
• Analyze existing applications to identify improvement areas and roadmap phases.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and roadmaps with timelines.
• Occasionally conduct PoC initiatives to demonstrate feasibility and value.

Job Description : We are currently looking for an AI & Data Engineer who can help businesses modernise their applications. You will be hands on in programming and be a trusted advisor to our clients as well, offering expert guidance and solutions that can help them transform their applications based on their specific needs, requirements, and visions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in various technology stacks, including mobile apps, web apps, APIs, data management, and martech, to design and propose modernisation solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their current application landscape, pain points, and business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, cloud and security architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of modernization solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the modernization process, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and assessment of existing applications to identify areas for improvement and modernisation.
• Develop comprehensive proposal, presentation and roadmaps, outlining the vision and timelines by phases required for successful application modernization.
• Occasionally handle proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, demonstrating the feasibility and value of modernization solutions to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application modernization, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Hold a high diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Programmer/Solution Consultant or similar role, focusing on AI and data management.
• Strong understanding of various technology stacks, including mobile apps, web apps, APIs, data management, and martech.
• Business analyst skills, with the ability to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Gen AI (General Artificial Intelligence) is preferred, as it will be advantageous in proposing innovative modernization approaches.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex application landscapes and propose effective modernization strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in application modernization.
