Job summary

Create & Realize (C&R) is seeking a Technical Support professional to join our customer success team in Hong Kong. You will diagnose and resolve issues related to AI and system solutions, perform data center operations, and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

You should be technically adept, process-driven, fluent in English and Chinese, and willing to travel to data centers as needed. The role offers a year-end bonus, medical coverage, and opportunities to grow with cutting-edge AI

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel to data centers for on-site maintenance as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and system deployments.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc visits to data centers to manage physical infrastructure (server racking, cabling, hardware).
• Respond to customer inquiries via support tools and email with clear, timely solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams while owning customer communication.
