Job summary

Hasbro Far East Limited in Hong Kong is seeking the first AI expert to define how AI accelerates creative and product work across Asia. You will build and prototype AI tools, enable regional teams, and connect Hasbro’s global AI mission to our Hong Kong operations. This role is equal parts builder and creative.

This position requires hands-on AI adoption, clear guidance on tool usage, and collaboration with time zones worldwide to ensure scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, 3D, Digital Design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in related industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype AI powered tools, demos, and workflows that solve real problems for creative and product teams.
• Spot friction in creative and product work and design solutions that speed up tools, workflows, and output.
• Help Hong Kong and nearby teams adopt new AI tools, with clear guidance on when and how to use them.
• Create guides, templates, and training that turn one good idea into shared capability.
• Advance multimodal capability across image, video, voice, music, and audio.
• Partner with global and regional teams across time zones, acting as the local anchor for the AI mission in Asia.
• Keep human judgment, brand integrity, and data trust at the centre, with fast prototypes and clear go or stop criteria.
