Job summary

CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings Limited seeks an AI Computing Industry Chain Investment & Financing Director to drive full-chain investment, financing, and M&A actions.

You will report directly to the Board and the Group CEO, sourcing projects and coordinating cross-border transactions. Ideal candidates hold a finance/economics background with AI computing industry experience, strong modeling skills, and HKEX compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle dealmaking for AI computing, IDC, GPU server projects.
• Familiar with HKEX/ Hong Kong capital market rules and related instruments.
• Strong ability to model cash flow, returns and project viability.
• Proven track record in cross-border investment and financing activities.

AI Computing Industry Chain Investment & Financing Director

• 1. Reporting directly to the Board & Group CEO. The role focuses on full-chain AI computing investment, financing, M&A restructuring and listed company capital operations.

Job Requirements

• -Bachelor's degree or above, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines is preferred. CFA, CPA, qualification is a plus.


• - Must have proven full-cycle deal experience in AI computing, IDC, GPU server, computing leasing and green power computing center M&A/investment & financing.


• - Proficient in full-cycle investment, financing and M&A; skilled in valuation modelling, cash flow forecasting and return analysis for computing assets. In-depth understanding of AI computing business.


• -Familiars with Hong Kong capital market rules and HKEX compliance framework, proficient in placement, asset restructuring and asset injection instruments


• -In-depth understanding of AI computing business models, supply chain system, PUE standards, industry supervision and export control rules


• -Excellent in commercial negotiation, report writing and roadshow presentation with strong overall project management and risk control capabilities
