Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to lead design and development of the Agent module for our intelligent R&D and operations platform.

You will translate complex business needs into robust agent capabilities, optimize prompts and toolchains, and build a rigorous evaluation and QA system to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across large-model workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in networks, OS, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with at least one of Go, Rust, C, Java.

Responsibilities

• Own design and development of the AI Agent module for the intelligent R&D and operations platform.
• Translate business requirements into standardized Agent capabilities and drive model selection, prompt optimization, retrieval tuning, and toolchain implementation.
• Build the Agent evaluation and quality assurance system, including evaluation set design, metric system development, regression testing, and online quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm, and frontend teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of Agent capabilities; write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and drive engineering standards.
• Continuously track cutting-edge technologies such as large models, Agent frameworks, and RAG to enhance platform sophistication.
