Qualifications

• A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with professional qualification.
• Over 20 years of civil engineering and construction project management experience.
• Proven track record leading an engineering company or large-scale operations.
• Deep knowledge of HK public works procedures and contracts (e.g., NEC, GCC).

• Manage project budgets, resources allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to support sustainable operations.
• Promote the company’s engineering capabilities to clients, government authorities, and industry stakeholders to drive business development.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across engineering practices and project delivery.

Education

Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with professional qualification
