Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a Project Manager (Agile Expert) to drive technology initiatives in the insurance sector. You will plan, deliver and govern complex projects using Agile methods, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet scope, timeframes and priority shifts.

You will facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs, track dependencies and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring delivery momentum and practical Agile adoption across technology delivery.

Qualificações

• Strong capability in managing technology projects from planning through delivery.
• Practical knowledge of Agile delivery methods and Agile project management.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining project backlogs.
• Ability to manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and changing priorities.
• Confidence in tracking delivery progress and providing clear project updates.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver technology projects using Agile approaches to meet agreed scope, timelines and priorities.
• Set clear project plans, milestones and delivery activities to give stakeholders visibility of progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily check-ins, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain and prioritise project backlogs with relevant stakeholders to keep delivery focused on business needs.
• Track project progress, dependencies and delivery risks, then provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate technology teams and business contacts to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage changes to project scope and priorities, ensuring decisions are documented and communicated.
• Support the adoption of practical Agile ways of working across technology project delivery.
