Job Title: Administrative Officer(CDOS) Department: 教学社区建设与运维科(CDOS), VPTLO, VPTL, HKUST(GZ) Job Posting Details Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay
Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. 1. Bachelor's degree or above. No restrictions on majors. 2. Possess experience in event organization, project acceptance and administrative management; relevant working or internship experience is preferred.
3. Strong proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and data visualization platforms to support administrative and data analysis tasks. 4. Strong proficiency in using various office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 5. Able to multi-task, detail-minded with good communication skills.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, high personal standards, and self-motivation. Excellent communication skills. This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations.
