Job summary

IQ-EQ in Hong Kong seeks an operations professional to support senior leadership, drive growth, and streamline day-to-day workflows across investment operations.

You will prepare marketing materials and proposals, assist client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews and regulatory reporting while maintaining strong English communication and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of asset management, including fund structure, valuation, and operations.
• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong awareness of operational risk and sensitivity to irregularities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with good written and spoken English.

What you'll do
