Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a leader to drive cross-functional business and operational projects across front office, risk and support functions. You will partner with senior management to align execution with strategic objectives and prepare executive updates in English and Chinese.

The successful candidate will bring experience in project management, strategic planning and a solid understanding of banking regulations, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree holder.
• Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and standards.

• Analyze business processes, operational performance, and risks to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support informed business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level reporting and presentations in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear communication of project status, business insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor/ Masters degree holder
• Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and standards.

• Chinese writing is required.
