Job Description:

Job description This role will support the management of the participating business, including on bonus and other discretionary benefits recommendation, regular asset share reporting, determination of policyholder illustration / other regulatory disclosures, as well as other initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

Support the review and recommendation of discretionary benefits, including dividends, bonuses and non-guaranteed rates, and system implementation. Support regular production processes including asset share reporting, regulatory disclosures and maintenance and development of actuarial models.

Preferred skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in AXIS, Prophet ALS or other actuarial software is not required but a plus Experience in HK-specific Par management Strong attention to details Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated initiative, commitment and responsibility as a team member Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
