Job summary

INCORPORATE ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an ACMV technician/engineer to liaise with the in-house maintenance contractor and oversee diagnostics, repair, and servicing of ACMV systems. You will evaluate issues, provide recommendations, and assist in pricing and sizing for small area projects.

The role requires hands-on experience in ACMV maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a professional certificate in ACMV or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in repair, maintenance and servicing of ACMV systems.
• Computer literate with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills.
• Committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality, independent and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between user and in-house maintenance contractor for ACMV systems.
• Carry out repair and rectification of ACMV related systems.
• Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot ACMV breakdowns.
• Provide recommendations to resolve ACMV malfunctions.
• Provide costing for ACMV systems based on SOR/market rate.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance, servicing, repair, and installation work by contractors.
• Assist in sizing and design of ACMV systems for rooms or small areas.
• Assist Business Development with aircon pricing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between the user and in-house maintenance contractor on all ACMV related system.




• Carry out repair and rectification of ACMV related system




• Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot any breakdown issues of all ACMV related system




• Provide recommendation to resolve any malfunction of the ACMV system




• Provide costing for all ACMV related systems based on SOR/prevailing market rate.




• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance, servicing, repair, and installation works carry out by the in-house maintenance contractor.




• Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water or DX type) for individual room / small area.




• Able to assist Business Development with the aircon pricing

Requirements
