KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate, Accounts Payable to support the AP function for a growing financial institution. The role includes handling routine accounting tasks, supplier payments, and voucher processing.

Responsibilities cover balance sheet reconciliations, monthly schedules, and assisting in month-end close, expenses reporting, and HQ reporting. You will also help with budgeting, cost allocations, and service recharge to HK subsidiaries, requiring fluency in

Qualifications

• University graduate in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in financial services environment/banks.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Handle routine AP tasks, payments (cheque, T/T, autopay) and general vouchers.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and monthly schedules.
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare expenses reports and HQ report.
• Assist in budget control, capital expenditure and operating leases monitoring.
• Handle cost allocation and service recharge to HK subsidiaries.
