Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is seeking an Accounts Clerk II to support financial activities under its Finance and Services Department. The role involves validating documents, preparing vouchers, and ensuring accuracy under HKFRSs, with a focus on monitoring project accounts and budgeting performance.

The candidate will join a multi-year contractual framework with competitive remuneration, MPF contributions, annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and opportunities for training sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 5 HKCEE passes including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics
• One of: LCCI Second Level Accounting, HKICPA module, ACCA papers, or related qualifications
• 2 years’ accounting and/or auditing experience
• Good computer skills with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and a computerized accounting system

Responsibilities

• Check validity of supporting documents and prepare vouchers.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with HKFRSs.
• Review operating performance against approved budgets.
• Monitor the status/progress of various project accounts.
• Answer enquiries and familiarize staff with procedural workflows and accounting application systems.
