Wenping Patent & Trademark Agent Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. The role also covers daily accounting duties and general office administrative support.

Ideal candidates will have HKDSE or above with LCCI Level 2, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HKDSE or above with LCCI Level 2 qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Handle full set of accounts including A/P, A/R, GL, and daily routine accounting duties.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and schedules.
• Office administrative support and ad hoc projects as assigned.
