Job summary

K Cash Corporation Limited is seeking an Assistant Accounts Officer (Accounting - AP & AR) in Hong Kong to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and support daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

The role involves processing payments, reviewing redemption and refinance reports, preparing funding, handling insurance and money lender license matters, and maintaining bank accounts and company secretarial tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or HKQF Level 5
• 1 year's relevant experience (fresh graduates considered)
• Proficient in MS Office; FlexSystem knowledge advantageous

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation
• Handle payment and receivables of the companies
• Checking of redemption and refinance reports
• Prepare funding for various purposes
• Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues
• Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance
• Assist in month end closing
• Participate in ad hoc assignment when needed
