Job summary

Mango Technology Consultant Limited is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to handle the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations in our Tsim Sha Tsui office.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance with LCC Level 3, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and Peachtree will be an advantage; bilingual in English and Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance with LCC Level 3 Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as Peachtree.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently and manage daily accounting operations.
• Process payments, bank reconciliations and banking matters.
• Prepare monthly and management financial reports.
• Assist month-end and year-end closings and audit schedules.
• Maintain filing and documentation.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and external document handling tasks.

About the role

Responsible for handling full set of accounts independently and managing daily accounting operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including payment processing, bank reconciliations, and general banking matters
• Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and management reports for the management team
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as annual audit schedules
• Maintain filing and document
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required
• Handle outdoor duties for essential banking and document-handling transactions

About you

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance with LCC Level 3 Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and experience in using accounting software (e.g. Peachtree) will be an advantage
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
