Job summary

Kingston Financial Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounting Officer to handle daily accounting tasks, maintain data in the accounting system, prepare vouchers, and issue cheques. You will liaise with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and filing.

The role also supports monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations, with ad-hoc duties as assigned. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, and a self-motivated, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• LCCI Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
• 4 years’ experience in accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

• Daily accounting ops: maintain up-to-date data in accounting system, prepare vouchers, issue cheques and filing.
