Job summary

NTK Academic Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily transactions and ensure accurate records in our ERP system. You will support year-end activities and provide management with financial analyses to aid decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a accounting degree, at least one year of experience, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, plus a collaborative team spirit, are essential for a multicultural environment.

Job description

Handle daily accounting functions and transactions, manage AR balance reconciliation and adjustment, and maintain proper accounting records and procedures in ERP. You will assist in year-end audit and legal filing, prepare business analysis for management, and support month-end closing and regular management reports. The role involves participating in budgeting and expenses control, working with supervisors on internal control to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of company operations, and managing ad hoc assignments and projects.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily accounting functions and transactions

Responsible for AR balance reconciliation and adjustment

Maintain proper accounting records and procedures in ERP

Assist in year-ended audit and legal filing for the company with auditor and company secretary

Be responsible for sales and accounts receivable, and prepare business analysis for management purpose

Assist and prepare for month-end closing and regular management reports and analysis

Participate in budgeting and expenses control

Work with supervisor on internal control to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of company's operation procedures

Create a reliable financial reporting system which is compliance with laws, regulations and policies

Manage ad hoc assignments and projects

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting discipline

Minimum 1 year solid relevant working experience

Competent computer skills with high proficiency in Excel is an advantage

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

A good team player and able to work in a multicultural environment

Fresh graduate will also be considered
