Job summary

Alphaslab International Company Limited is seeking an attentive, responsible accountant to join our Hong Kong team. You will manage full-set accounting, tax filings, and audits, supporting both local operations and group-wide financial consolidation.

The role offers exposure to HKFRS standards, cross-regional coordination, and a clear career progression within a listed corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience; full-set accounting or audit background preferred.
• Proficient in English; Cantonese/Mandarin beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting, vouchers, monthly and annual closings for the HK entity.
• Handle all HK tax filings (Profits Tax, Salaries Tax, Stamp Duty) and maintain tax documentation.
• Coordinate with external CPA firms, IRD, and banks for audits and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports; consolidate with Group HQ.
• Organize and archive HK financial, tax, and audit documents.
• Occasional travel to Mainland offices for account reconciliation.
• Handle English financial/tax communications and external business correspondence.

職責範圍 / Key Responsibilities:

負責香港公司的全盤賬務核算、憑證編制、月結及年結工作，嚴格按照《香港財務報告準則》(HKFRS) 落實賬務管理。 Responsible for full-set accounting, journal vouchers, monthly closing, and annual closing for the Hong Kong entity, strictly in accordance with HKFRS / HK GAAP standards.

全面負責香港公司各類稅種之申報（包括利得稅、薪俸稅、印花稅等），整理稅務底稿並落實稅務合規管控。 Manage comprehensive Hong Kong tax filings (Profits Tax, Salaries Tax, Stamp Duty, etc.), maintain tax documentation, and ensure stringent tax compliance.

作為主要對接窗口，協調香港會計師事務所（核數師）、稅務局 (IRD) 及商業銀行，配合年度審計、公司年審、財稅諮詢及對外合規工作。 Act as the key contact point with external CPA firms (auditors), the Inland Revenue Department (IRD), and commercial banks; coordinate statutory audits, annual returns, tax inquiries, and external compliance affairs.

按期編制並輸出財務報表及管理分析報表，高效完成與集團總部的財務數據對接、核對與匯總。 Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and management reports on a timely basis; facilitate financial data consolidation and reporting with Group headquarters.

系統化整理、存檔香港全套財務、稅務及審計文檔，確保所有檔案齊備且符合法律法規要求。 Organize, maintain, and archive comprehensive financial, tax, and audit files to ensure full statutory compliance and audit readiness.

配合業務需要，偶爾臨時前往上海、西安等內地辦公室協助賬務核對、業財對接及資料協同（非常態化出差）。 Accommodate occasional, ad-hoc business trips to Shanghai, Xi'an, or other regional offices for account reconciliation, business-finance alignment, and cross-team synergy (on an infrequent basis).

獨立處理各類英文財稅對接、涉外商務郵件往來及專業商務溝通。 Handle English tax/financial communications, overseas business correspondence, and external business inquiries independently and professionally.

入職要求 / Requirements:

持有財務、會計、稅務或財經相關專業之學士學位或以上學歷。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related business disciplines.

具備 2 至 3 年相關會計工作經驗；具備香港全盤賬務處理或審計背景者優先考慮。 Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience; candidates with a background in full-set accounting or audit are highly preferred.
