Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC Hong Kong Co Ltd is seeking a finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and prepare month-end financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet analysis with variance analysis to support notes and management commentary.

The role covers the accounting function, payment authorization and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments, and assisting with ad hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 4 years of accounting experience;Retail industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; can work under pressure with tight schedules

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end financial statements with P&L and balance sheet analysis
• Perform variance analysis to support notes and management commentary
• Manage accounting function and payment authorization/processing; validate transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors

Job description

Handle full set of accounts and month-end financial statements and report including Profit & Loss (P&L) and balance sheet analysis, as well as variance analysis that supports notes and management commentary in the statutory financial accounts and reports

Manage accounting function, Payment authorization and processing, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts due to vendors

Assist inad-hoctasks, as required/instructed by superior

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Finance or Accounting, certified HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent

At least 4 years of solid experience in accounting duties gained from Retail industry is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience in SAP execution

Able to handle full set of accounts

Good communication and interpersonal skills, can work under pressure with tight schedule independently
