As an Account Manager, you will drive the growth of Rituals’ Wholesale and B2B business in Hong Kong. You will manage key partners, develop new business opportunities and ensure strong execution across sales planning, account management and partner relationship management.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building partnerships, driving business growth and turning business opportunities into results, while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow Wholesale and B2B channels, mainly in Hong Kong, with potential future expansion into Macau and Taiwan
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, targets and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business performance to identify growth opportunities
Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow key Wholesale accounts and B2B opportunities, including partnerships, corporate gifting and hospitality
- Build strong relationships with partners and key accounts through regular communication, business reviews and follow-up
- Prepare commercial proposals, product recommendations and tailored solutions for partners
- Identify new channels and partnership opportunities that support brand growth
- Work closely with internal and regional teams to align business plans and ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain teams on launches, campaigns, order fulfilment and partner activations
This is You
- Minimum 5 years of sales, key account management, Wholesale or B2B business development experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, lifestyle, FMCG or retail
- Strong commercial sense with experience in sales planning, forecasting, account management and execution
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and regional teams
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese is essential and Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
