Job summary

We are looking for someone who can work across a number of sectors, including PR communication, social media, and events. Someone who knows about what it takes to get a job done on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Account Director, you are expected to oversee projects of a key client on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.
• Daily contact with clients at a senior level is a key part of the job, organisation of client feedback, and using knowledge, experience and skills to promote agency’s strategy and ideas and maintain agreed / approved strategic direction to achieve the very best outcome for client.
• Involves a lot of coordination between internal and external stakeholders on a local, regional and potentially global levels across a complex set of corporate structure.

Requirements:

• 3 years+ experience in professional client relationship management with solid background in advertising, content development, social media management
• Strong experience in managing client relationships, familiar or have successfully launch integrated campaigns
• Proficient in developing and managing corporate communication and social media marketing campaigns
• Keen eye and attention to details be it in creative and budgetary matters
• Experience in managing juniors and provide mentorship and guidance
• Excellent written and oral English and Traditional / Simplified Chinese
• Willingness to work on global account due to time difference
• Candidate with less experience can be considered at Senior Account Executive level
