Job summary

Shepherd Communications Limited is seeking a seasoned Account Servicing professional to manage end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients. You will translate briefs into actionable tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and safeguard campaign quality and timelines.

You will act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Job description

Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Translate client briefs into clear internal task briefs, collaborating closely with various internal parties on strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Coordinate with agency partners and third-party vendors on quotations, schedules and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign implementation.

Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members to uplift the overall standard of client servicing.

What you need for this position:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing or other related discipline.

At least 5 years’ experience in account servicing within an advertising, media or digital agency environment, with a strong track record in client satisfaction and account growth.

Proactive, resourceful and comfortable driving initiatives within the agency and with clients, with the ability to think independently and innovatively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.

Deep understanding of AI market trends, competitive landscapes, and China-to-global narrative translation.

Data-savvy storyteller with exceptional presentation skills.

Expert in LinkedIn, XHS, Instagram, YouTube and analytics.
